Welcome To PowerSchool

The parents and/or guardians of Aiken County School students have a new web-based secure internet tool to give them real-time access to all grades that have been posted in a teacher’s grade book. PowerSchool also lets you see your child’s attendance. You will also be able to email teachers through the ParentPortal.

Please contact your child's school for information regarding obtaining an account and password for logging into the ParentPortal.

Who may access the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal?
Any parent/guardian of an active Aiken County School District student may access the Parent Portal. Currently, separate usernames and passwords will be issued for each student. Starting April 14, 2015, we will be implementing Single Sign-On.  This will allow parents to have 1 account for all of their children.  Instructions for creating these accounts are on our website under Parent.
Will each parent have a separate username and password to the Parent/Student Portal?
Yes. Once Single Sign-On is implemented each parent can create their own account with same account information for each child.
Will I have one logon for all my children in the schools?
Yes, after you create the Single Sign-On account.
When can I get a Parent username and password?
Go to your child’s school and get the printed letter for your child.
How do I obtain a confidential Parent username and password?
A parent/guardian will need to go to the school on a designated day/time organized by the school, request a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, and provide a Picture ID to the office personnel at your child's school.
Do PowerSchool usernames and passwords have to be typed in with all caps or all lowercase?
Yes, when creating your new Single Sign-on account, user names and passwords must be typed exactly as they were in the letter.  All letters are upper case.
What do I do if I forget my PowerSchool password?
If you forget your password or username you can click on the link for Forgot User Name or link for Forgot Password.  Email will be sent to you with user name; email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
May I change my PowerSchool password?

Yes. You can change your password under Account Preferences.

Can other people see my child's attendance and grade information?

No. As long as you protect your password, others will not see your child’s information.

During what times of the day or evening may I see my child's grades online?
